Islamabad: Federal government presented budget 2022-23 with certain key priorities to improve the areas where significant action is required to meet the ambitious challenges that has trapped Pakistan badly. The challenges face in development programs, power shortage, agriculture food supply shortage, to increase industrial and agriculture productivity, to save foreign reserves ban on import for definite period, to elevate the public sectors, and to increase tax rate on wealthy person of the country are the priorities as well as challenge to take action on these economic measures. The budget 2022-23 is called the growth budget by the federal government, aiming to achieve the target by the given budget. By meeting those challenges Pakistan may be able to stabilize economic growth, control inflation, increase revenues, increase export led growth, social protection, control tax leakages, relief measures and incentivize people to pay tax.
